VIDEO CONFERENCING - PLEASE SEE THE NEW REQUIREMENTS. YOU MUST GIVE 7 DAY ADVANCE NOTIFICATION

Beginning on October 1, 2024 all trainers must provide advance notification of training at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class start date & upload the paperwork into the Notification report remote/video conferencing classes. (see page 17 of the OSHA Outreach Requirements)   For step-by-step instructions on how to submit a Notification of Training in the Portal, please see page 12 of the Outreach Portal User Guide.  Both Requirements & User Guide can be found under the "info" tab in the Outreach Portal after log-in.  Once you submit your notification, the Portal creates a report.  After you complete the training, go to your submitted reports and click on the report number to continue adding/modifying the report.
